Google Maps Growth Plan · for Pioneer Valley HVAC & heat pump companies
We run your Google profile every week, so the calls go to you, not the company down the road.
The HVAC companies above you on Google Maps have a fully built-out profile, constant activity and a steady stream of fresh reviews. We do all of it for you: dozens of small jobs every month that most owners never have time for.
Everything we do for your Google profile
Google rewards profiles that are complete, active and getting reviews. Here's every piece we handle, so you don't have to think about any of it.
1Profile built out properly
- Keyword and town researchWe find the exact searches Valley homeowners use, like "heat pump installer" and "furnace repair near me," and the towns worth targeting.
- Primary and secondary categoriesSet to match what you actually do, one of the biggest ranking factors.
- Every service listed and describedHeat pumps, mini splits, furnaces, boilers, AC, maintenance plans, each with its own description.
- Business description rewrittenClear, local and written around the searches that bring in jobs.
- Service areas tightenedFocused on the towns you most want calls from.
- Attributes, hours, links and contact info cleaned upSmall details Google checks, and customers notice.
2Kept active every week
- Weekly Google postsSeasonal and local: heating tune-ups in fall, AC checks in spring, rebate reminders, recent jobs.
- Photo uploadsA simple link your techs can use to send job photos. We add them to your profile.
- Short videos with voiceoverCreated from your photos and posted to your Google profile, plus your Facebook, Instagram and YouTube if you want.
3Reviews on autopilot
- Past-customer review campaignYour existing customer list is your fastest source of new reviews. We start there in week one.
- A review request after every jobSent from your own email right away, and by text once your business number is registered (usually 1–2 weeks). One friendly reminder, never spam.
- Every customer asked the same wayNo filtering out unhappy customers. That's Google's rule, and it protects your profile.
- Replies to every reviewThank-you replies to positive reviews go out automatically. For anything negative, we draft a calm, professional reply for you to approve.
- Rule-breaking reviews flaggedReviews that look like spam or break Google's rules get flagged so they can be reported.
- Review link and QR codeFor your invoices, trucks and leave-behinds.
4Tracked and reported
- Monthly ranking mapSee where you show up for your key searches, town by town, across the Valley.
- AI search checkWhether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity mention your business when people ask them for a local HVAC company.
- Weekly "here's what we did" emailEvery post, photo, reply and review request, so you always know the work is happening.
- A real person to callEtan, based in Amherst. Not a call center.

Where you show up across town
Each dot is a spot on the map. The number is your position in Google's results there. Green means top 3, where most calls go.

Why start now, not in spring
Heating season is search season
When the first cold snap hits, searches for furnace repair, heating service and heat pumps jump across the Valley. The companies already showing up in the top results get those calls.
Reviews take time to build
Every week you wait is a week of finished jobs that never turned into reviews. Starting now means your review count is growing before the busiest months, not after.
Does $497 a month make sense for an HVAC company?
What a single heat pump install often runs in Massachusetts.
A full year of the Growth Plan.
One extra install a year more than covers it. Every service call, tune-up and repair on top of that is extra.
Example math, not a promise. Results depend on your market, your profile's starting point and how many customers you serve.

Questions owners ask
What do I actually have to do?
One 15-minute setup call where you give us manager access to your Google profile and tell us your services and towns. After that, send us your customer list or connect your job software so review requests go out. That's it.
How long until I see results?
Most businesses see new reviews within the first couple of weeks, especially from the past-customer campaign. Google Maps rankings usually take 30 to 90 days to move, and keep improving as reviews and activity build. Your monthly ranking map shows exactly where you stand.
Will this get me to #1 on Google Maps?
No one can honestly promise a ranking, and you should be wary of anyone who does. A complete, active profile and a steady flow of reviews are the biggest factors you control, and that's what we work on every week.
I already ask customers for reviews. Why would I need this?
Most owners ask some customers, some of the time. The companies with 200+ reviews ask every customer, automatically, with a reminder. That consistency is what we set up.
Won't it annoy my customers?
No. Each customer gets one request and at most one reminder, from your own business. Anyone can opt out of texts by replying STOP.
What if someone leaves a bad review?
We alert you and draft a calm, professional reply for you to approve. A good reply often wins over the next person reading it.
I already have a website or marketing person.
Great. We focus only on your Google Business Profile and reviews, the part that drives Maps calls, so we don't step on anyone's toes.
Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
No contract. Email hello@farfagency.com. During the trial you won't be charged; after that, you can cancel any month.
